The successor to the Trooper and Blizzard, the new iteration of the Trooper Mk2 is a lightweight outdoor jacket with a more practical design and a better fitting range of sizes. Thanks to the slightly elastic base material, it allows unrestricted movement. It works well as a tactical jacket, evident by the velcro panels on the shoulders and its emphasis on functionality. The well-known and highly regarded features of Trooper jackets return in modern form as the Trooper Mk2. The new, more comfortable fit makes the Trooper Mk2 a great choice as a softshell outer jacket, and on colder days you can layer something warmer under it, such as a wolfhound hoodie. The main material used is StormStretch®, a lightweight nylon with an elastane shade that makes the jacket comfortable and non-restrictive. It acts as a lightweight layer to protect against cold and wetness, aided by a clever folding design with a contoured visor. The flared cut protects your kidneys from the wind. Well-planned pockets Well-placed pockets are essential. The Trooper Mk2 offers them in locations that don't interfere with backpack straps or hip belts, making it a great choice. There are two outside chest pockets with internal dividers, two on the shoulders and one inside pocket. Considering its purpose, weight and quick drying, we have omitted the kidney pocket (the so-called "poacher's pocket") and the small forearm pocket.
